When the carrier picked up my scheduled pickup for my eBay orders he didn't even scan it. 4 packages were lost, I received bad eBay feedback, was lost of over $80 in merchandise and postage charges! It's been almost 6 months (since April 2016) and nobody has reimbursed me, apologized or tried to fix this failure of their duty.
